We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. This role involves working closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create user-centered designs that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Analyze and interpret user feedback and activity, and iterate on designs to enhance the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or a related industry.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
